2. Contract Start and Length
Your contract begins on the date your order is confirmed or when the service goes live.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services run on a rolling monthly contract once the initial term ends, this doesn’t apply to Ethernet Circuits which run on to a 90 day rolling contract once the initial term ends without proper notice to cancel.
If a minimum term applies, it will be shown on your quotation or proposal.
3. Price and Annual Price Increases
Your monthly price is shown on your order form.
We review our prices periodically, if we make a price increase, we will give you advance notice.
If you choose to cancel because of a price increase, the cancellation terms below still apply unless otherwise required by law.

Payment is due by:
• Direct Debit (preferred)
• BACS

You remain responsible for all charges up to the date the service is cancelled or suspended.

1. The remaining service fees for the term, pro-rated, and
2. Any remaining hardware fees (if purchased on instalments), pro-rated.
If your service is rolling month-to-month, the standard cancellation notice applies.
6. Cancellation Notice
To cancel your service, you must give 30 days written notice, unless Ethernet Circuits which are 90 days cancellation, to support@altcomms.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of that notice period and customer is liable for all outstanding fees and cancellation charges.
